Registration and Fees
We would like to invite you to telephone the Kindergarten to make an appointment to visit and collect a registration form.
If, however, it is not possible for you to come into the school, then please download our registration form and return it via post or email, along with the registration fee.
Any child may be registered from birth as, apart from priority for siblings, they are accepted purely on a 'first come, first served' basis. Registration does not guarantee a place due to the limited number of spaces available.
A registration fee of £100 is charged, which is non-refundable.
We offer the Government's 15 hours per week 'Universal Entitlement' funding for 3 & 4 year olds.
Funding is available to all parents from the term after their child's 3rd birthday and is approximately £900 per term. Funding amounts vary according to the length of each term.
There are three terms in the academic year. Termly fees for 2018/19 academic year are:
- £3,600 - Morning Session (Monday to Friday 9 am - 12.15/12.30 pm)
- £2,800 - Afternoon Session (Monday to Thursday 2 pm - 4 pm)
Spaces will be available on a 'first come, first served basis', and children who enrol will be required to continue the club for a minimum of one term.
- Clubs are £450 per term for one afternoon per week; £850 per term for two afternoons per week; £1,275 per term for three afternoons per week; and £1,700 for four afternoons per week.
Weekly dancing classes and outings during the term will be charged as an extra. Currently, dancing classes are £225 per term.
In common with most other schools we charge a deposit when you accept a place for your child.
The deposit is currently £3,000 for the morning session and £2,000 for the afternoon session. This is payable when we confirm the place, which is approximately a year before your child is due to start. The deposit, which is strictly non-refundable, is deducted from the fees for your child's last term at the Kindergarten.
We accept childcare voucher payments and are signed up with a number of providers.
All term fees are payable strictly in advance. A full term's notice of withdrawal must be given in writing, otherwise one term's fee will be charged.
